In short: to book your consultation we only ask for what we need: your name, your email, a short description of your business and, if you like, your phone number. We use that information to confirm and prepare your meeting. Whenever you want, you can ask us to see it, correct it or delete it by writing to info@proventuo.com.
PROVENTUO, San José, Costa Rica. For any question about your data, write to us at info@proventuo.com.
To book your consultation, confirm it, and arrive at the meeting already knowing what your business is about. That's all. We don't sell or pass on your data, and we don't send you advertising without asking first.
To book through the assistant we need your name and your email. Your phone number is optional. If you'd rather not share data on the site, you can also write to us directly on WhatsApp or at info@proventuo.com.
Only with the services that help us operate, each only for its specific task:
Some of these services process data outside Costa Rica, mainly in the United States. By accepting this policy, you authorize that transfer, as required by article 14 of Law 8968.
If we don't start a project together after the consultation, we keep your data for 12 months and then delete it. If we work together, we keep it for as long as the project lasts plus 12 months. Technical records of the Instagram automatic reply do not store the text of your message and are deleted automatically within 8 days.
The entire site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The keys for the services we use are stored separately, in protected systems. Apart from the services described above, only PROVENTUO can access your data.
At any time and at no cost, you can:
Write to info@proventuo.com and we'll reply within the 5 business days set by law. If you feel we didn't handle your request well, you can contact Costa Rica's data protection agency (Agencia de Protección de Datos de los Habitantes, Prodhab).
No. PROVENTUO works with businesses and with adults. If we learn that a minor has given us data, we delete it.
Yes, if the way we work with data changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If a change affects what we use your data for, we'll ask for your consent again.
